NOT MUCH TODAY

I am staying at a friend's house in Southwest Salt Lake City Utah.
The first load of laundry (out of 2) is almost out of the washer and I'm making a list of items that I've brought with me but haven't used to UPS (ups is a verb now, like Google is a verb) back home. (Notice I use UPS.....why?.....because they are TEAMSTER) and it wouldn't be the Teamster-five O if I used fed ex ground or the post office.
I had a list of other things to do today including washing 2,000 miles of bugs and road grime off the bike. But I stopped in at Timpanogos Harley dealership in Lindon , Utah for a minor service and......they cleaned the bike complimentary.
So I think my list has shrunk to.......laundry, sleep, read, go to ups store, go see Star Trek the movie, read, sleep, and just relax.
I'll leave Salt Lake in the morning to pick up  in Twin Falls Idaho and I will post an arrival post when I get there....

I'm impressed with Timpanogos HD ! What a great service. Those bikers are pretty good guys...taking care of their own...smile.

You will totally enjoy Star Trek...there are so many little references to the original series. Now that I don't have Shatner's image...I may just revert from Picard to Kirk.

may.

Switch from Picard to Kirk?? Oh come now, Katherine - it couldn't have been that good of a movie, could it? I mean come on ... Picard has that accent!

As for you, Mr. Teamster, it's good to take a day off and easy once in awhile. Hope you enjoyed it!

I'm glad you are resting and getting a few chores done. Great on the bike cleaning that you didn't have to do either.

Big hug to you and Katherine in Twin Falls. Neat little place.

Have a terrific day. :)

Picard for Kirk?! Are you NUTS?!

Oy brother....and I was gonna say kindly things about the Teamster making more room for your stuff.

;-)

Rest and relaxation and someone else doing the bug washing off jazz works for me! Picard for Kirk--notsomuch......

Don't know if you'll be coming in on hwy 84, but if you do, definitely stop at Multnomah Falls. It's about 20-25 miles east of Portland. It's a spectacular waterfall and has a trail that takes you to the top if you're so inclined.

BTW- loved the sandal tan in the previous post.

on one of our trips to oregon bobbie and i stayed stayed at a coast to coast campground not far from multnomah falls and it trully ia a magnificent sight. we took a ride into canada one day and drove east on the canadian side of the columbia river. the view was even more spectaular from that vantage point well worth the trip as it isn't very far out of the way. could be a problem if you need a passport to go into canada

No way.

Picard over Kirk. Any day, any time.

I like to think that Kirk and Picard would cooperate...after all, this is after humans had solved their differences and learned to work together...blah, blah, blah...Kirk would be kicking Picard's butt up and down the turbolifts, but Picard would end up winning because brains win over brawn!
